Our Facility is a 2 story building with elevator access to the second floor.
The Main Floor is 2800 sqf and contains 10 private bedrooms, 3 shared bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and fantastic spacious living room.
The spacious environment offers ample room for residents to navigate comfortably with their walkers and wheelchairs, ensuring they can move freely and safely while enjoying their surroundings.
The second floor is 2,800 square feet and features two double suites with private bathrooms, three single rooms with private bathrooms, and four private rooms that share two bathrooms. Additionally, this floor includes a kitchen, dining room, and living room, providing a comfortable and functional living space.
Both floors are equipped with inviting fireplaces, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere that enhances the comfort of our residents. These fireplaces not only serve as a beautiful focal point but also provide a welcoming environment where residents can relax and gather, fostering a sense of community and warmth throughout the living spaces.

Personal Care
Our Licensed Care Home is dedicated to Seniors and providing exceptional Personal Care around the clock. Assisted bath- our facility has walking tubs on both floors available at any time of a need. Our team is focusing on a personal care on daily basis which is oral care, nail care, grooming, dressing, getting residents ready for the day in exceptional manner. Medication Administration around the clock. Incontinence Care.
Meals
Our Beautiful Facility has 2 Dining rooms on each floor for 20 Residents. We have one dedicated staff for preparing and cooking homemade meals on daily basis. We provide 3 main meals:
Breakfast, Lunch, Supper and 3 snack daily.
Breakfast usually contain: oatmeal, cereal, coffee/tea, toast all depending on Residents taste and need.
Lunch i served with homemade soup, sandwiches, pastas, pancakes, sausages etc.
Suppers are our mail meal of the day that we are focusing on Residents tastes serving mashed potatoes, gravies, meat, fish, roasts etc
Memory Care
Kozy Korner Personal Care Home is a facility that is providing specialized care for people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. I cases of a wondering Residents our facility is alarmed 24/7. we are working closely with our in house Doctor and Pharmacy to make their daily living comfortable as much as we can. Our staff is trained and certified with dementia care.
